After two decades of adapting to an altered existence because of a life-changing disease, I decided to share my experience in the hopes of helping other people as they navigate their own journey. I am not about puppy dogs and unicorns, and just sharing all of the good stuff.

I am willing to share things that I have experienced in my adapted life. Monumental failures. Instances where there wasn’t a rock big enough to crawl under. Unexpected wins. Amazing things that have happened. Realizations. My hope is that there is something you can use in your own life.

I am an expert in my own life. I don’t profess to have all of the answers, but use my persistently positive, stubborn personality to find ways to make life more interesting, enjoyable, and ultimately, more meaningful.

This is where my four worlds meet.
